    ☆ STAFF PICK ☆
Regarding my favorite out of our varietals, my pick is the KhvanchKara. My fiancé and I had tried a bottle a long time ago to accompany the Italian dinner we had made that evening. We prepared spaghetti using chorizo that we thought the wine paired nicely with. The sweetness of the KhvanchKara helped balance out the spiciness of the meat we chose to use. I would definitely recommend it!
